Neous emerged from the shared vision of childhood friends, Alan Buanne and Vanissa Antonious. Alan, with his background in industrial design, and Vanissa, with her experience in fashion buying and styling, combined their expertise to create a brand that would redefine modern footwear and accessories. Their goal was to produce pieces that transcended seasonal trends, offering timeless elegance and functionality.
From the outset, Neous was driven by a minimalist aesthetic. The founders drew inspiration from the principles of modern architecture and art, aiming to create designs that were both sophisticated and wearable. The brand's name, Neous (also an  amalgamation from their surnames) reflects this philosophy, evoking notions of newness and innovation while maintaining a sense of timelessness.

Each piece is hand-selected for its tonal variances and natural markings, embracing its inclination to evolve and soften over time and use. Neous is based on the antiquated eastern philosophy of Do, which means "road," "way," or "path." It is distinguished by continuous improvement and learning from experience. Beyond the artistry, the company upholds this through conscientious and moral procurement of premium, durable natural materials and the use of recycled packaging. A clear strategy enables the Neous lady to make well-informed decisions.
