Free shipping is automatically applied to all UK orders and international orders over £500.

UK orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We offer returns in exchange for store credit. Please note shipping costs will be deducted from the credit balance. This is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to support@bessette.co.uk.

All of our items are sourced from trusted retailers or from the brands directly. The items may have spent time on a shop floor, or come as samples from the brands, but they are not pre-owned.

This means some items may have slight imperfections, which will always be very clearly listed in the items description on the website.

All of our items are authenticated twice, with a money back guarantee.

Most items will come with original dustbags or boxes. If the item does not include original packaging this will be mentioned in the item's description. The item will then come in our own dustbag.
