Anthony Vaccarello has been busy putting the Yves back in Saint Laurent since taking over the French powerhouse in 2016, frequently focusing on the classic YSL symbol. But for this pair of heeled shoes, the Creative Director uses a more modest approach. This design is carved from leather and is free of branding (except from a namesake on the insole, of course). The intrigue comes in the shape of a multiplicity of straps, one of which is specifically for your big toe.
